Processing of all orders will take 1-3 business days.  

Our products are shipped within 3-7 business days using the following carrier: USPS. Shipping is free for US orders and will be shipped using Priority Mail, USPS First Class.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. If you noticed that your address is incorrect please contact us immediately at info@polylush.com. 

Polylush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. 

International Shipping 

Orders shipping internationally will be subject to additional shipping fees. Delivery time may vary depending on shipping courier chosen at check out. You will be responsible for any custom fees associated with shipment. (If applicable). *Due to COVID-19 shipping may be affected.
